Wolves clash with Levante sees four red cards before halftime

Wolves' friendly clash with Levante saw four players sent off before halftime.'

The match was held behind closed doors in Benidorm.

It all kicked off halfway through the first-half when a wild challenge wide on the right led to a furious 22-man melee, with some coaches even running onto the pitch to calm players down.

Levante's players were immediately incensed and began pushing and shoving Wolves' Yerson Mosquera. After the melee ended, Mosquera and Enis Bardhi for Levante were sent off.

Then moments before the half-time break Wolves' Daniel Podence took issue with a nearby defender and another shoving match followed.

The referee was quick to show a further two red cards, one to either side, leaving the match as nine vs nine just before the interval.

However, after a meeting between the two benches, the second-half began with 11 vs 11 and eventually saw Levante win 2-0.
