Wolves football chief Kevin Thelwell has welcomed new signing Meritan Shabani.
Shabani joins Wolves U23s from Bayern Munich.
Thelwell said: “He's a player we've been watching for a long time. He's been playing for Bayern Munich's younger teams for a while and our scouting teams have been watching him regularly.
“He's a really talented individual, who is very excited. He has huge potential to assist and score goals, and very pleasing on the eye in terms of his movement.
“When we met him for the first time, we knew he was going to fit right in, he's very humble, a very hard-working kid and we're glad to have him in the building as a Wolves player.
“He'll start with Rob Edwards in the under-23s, but as we know here at Wolves, Nuno is keen to work with talented young players, and they get the opportunity to train with the first-team regularly.
“I'm sure Meritan will be no different, then it's down to him to prove he's very capable. When Nuno has the chance to see him live, he'll realise the ability he's got and I'm sure he'll have a good opportunity here."
