Wolves chief Moxey lauds veteran Craddock

Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey has heaped praise on club veteran Jody Craddock after he was given a year extension on his contract.

The 35-year old defender was rewarded by Wolves management to go around at the Molineux again and after the news, Moxey said it was just deserts for Craddock who has been at the club since 2003.

"Given what Jody has done this past year, he is worth a new deal," he told the Express and Star.

"He brings more to the club than what we see out on the pitch as well with his leadership and his professionalism and stability.

"He is everything Wolves are about these days. He's very much a Wolves man now and his value to the club extends beyond what he gives to the team."
