Wolves chairman Steve Morgan has apologised for his bust-up with ref Mike Jones after defeat to Championship opponents Bournemouth.
Former Liverpool director Morgan left his seat in the directors' box and appeared on the touchline to remonstrate with Jones after two controversial red cards for Wolves players in Saturday's 2-1 defeat to Bournemouth.
He issued a statement late last night, saying: "I would like to apologise personally to Mike Jones. I was extremely angry and frustrated at many of his refereeing decisions, and I still am.
"However, I should not have gone pitch side to vent my frustrations."
