Wolves chairman Jeff Shi says the club's growth is attracting better qualified people across all levels of the organisation.
Shi admits owners Fosun have big ambitions for Wolves after a superb first season in the Premier League.
He told CNBC: "You want to do something world class and you want to behave or you want to perform better than the others in the industry.
"So then especially when you have such ambitions there are more and more people who will buy the idea then they will work harder in their work, be more intelligent and better people will come to us.
"For example we have someone from Man Utd and one from Man City and why are they here? Why did they leave the previous club to come here? Because they believe we have an idea. We have a plan and we were doing well.
"So that's the best change and also in the meantime of course football is a very traditional industry. Sometimes I feel the traditions are important but sometimes it's also limiting."
