Nuno insists attitude was not to blame for Wolves' shocking 4-0 loss to Burnley on Sunday.

The Wolves capitulated at Turf Moor as Chris Wood scored a first-half hat-trick.

"I will not go by mentality or character. We are the same group of players, the same staff, from one week ago," Nuno said, via the Express & Star.

"It's not about that. It's about not taking the right decisions.

"It's nothing to do with the attitude. The longer game goes on, of course, mistakes increased.

"We were not able to settle down and play the game like we should play.

"This was clearly the path we should not take. I will not allow it."
