Wolves boss Nuno was delighted to see Diogo Jota on the scoresheet in victory at Newcastle.
The 22-year-old – last season's top goalscorer, as Wolves stormed the Championship – initially struggled to adjust to the Premier League, but now seems to have found his feet.
“Goals always give you confidence and Diogo did well," said Nuno. “At the same time, others didn't do so well.
“It's like we've been talking about through these days. It's up and down.
“What we want is consistency that allows us to keep growing and keep building.
“Football is like that though, up and down. It's about how you manage situations.
“I'm happy for Diogo. I'm happy for Matt. But tomorrow it'll be another one and before it was another player.
“What is important is the squad; the club; our fans. This is what is important."
