Wolves expect to be boosted by bringing winger Michael Kightly into their squad for the first time against Fulham.
The youngster contributed eight goals and countless assists to last season's Championship title before suffering a hip injury in the later stages.
Mick McCarthy, who signed him from non-League Grays without ever seeing him play, said: "We have big hopes of what Michael can do at this level.
"The very first time he trained with us it shook everybody. We all just looked and went, 'Wow'."
