Wolves boss Mick McCarthy is confident of a big season ahead for record signing Kevin Doyle.
"He has done it before with 13 goals in the Premier League and he will be excellent," said McCarthy. "He is a very, very good player.
"I think Kevin can be really first-class in the Premier League, I really do. I have been delighted with him. Firstly, his work-rate and endeavour is as good as anyone else but he adds to that with his great touch.
"Going on against Manchester United in mid-week, he made a difference to us with his movement and pace.
"He has not been fully fit. But he is getting there and he can call himself a Premier League striker."
