Wolves boss Mick McCarthy reckons Kevin Doyle will be embarrassed by all the speculation about his future.

Everton, Sunderland and Aston Villa are all being linked with the Republic of Ireland international.

"There is a lot being spoken about Doyle and whether he'll be here if we stay up," McCarthy said. "He is a conscientious team player and I bet all the chat about him slightly embarrasses him."
