Wolves boss Julen Lopetegui says the club needs major change this summer.
Lopetegui is demanding improvements be made after meeting with chairman Jeff Shi last week.
He said: “If we want to succeed, we must be demanding of ourselves.
“ I have a contract and have been here for six months. I am very happy here and hope that I can continue to work. But we have a problem, we have to be honest and look into each other's eyes to try to solve it.
"We need to discuss the future so that the team is ready to fight again. This year has been a wake-up call. We need to understand why this happened, rethink and work on the bugs. It's not just one or two days.
"We need a clear plan. It is important that the team is ready. Maybe not 100 percent of the players, but at least 90. It is very important for me that the team is ready to start working from July 1."
