Wolves ace Raul on Juventus, Man Utd rumours: Every day a new story

Raul Jimenez insists he's settled at Wolves.

The striker again proved the matchwinner on Satursday in victory at Aston Villa. The goal was his fifteenth in the Premier League from thirty-two appearances and his 24th overall this season.

Such form has attracted interest from across Europe, with reports emerging of Juventus and Manchester United being clubs keen on the Mexico international.

At Juve, Raul would be considered as cover - and also a partner - for star centre-forward Cristiano Ronaldo. With United, meanwhile, he'd arrive to complement manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's current striker options. The Norwegian has admitted his admiration for Raul in the past week.

After the win at Villa Park, Raul spoke with Telemundo and he was asked about the transfer speculation.

Quoted by Marca, the centre forward declared: "First of all I am very happy here with Wolves, I am in a place where from the first moment we made an incredible connection.

"I am no stranger to all that, every day a new team comes out, every day a new offer comes out, I don't know how many millions. It is good to know that they are talking about you.

"But what I have to do to make that happen is keep doing my job here with Wolves."

Raul is contracted to Wolves until 2023, having been signed from Benfica. He is now in his second season at Molineux. Raul was only signed permanently by Wolves last summer from Benfica for a fee of €38m.
