VfL Wolfsburg are monitoring Mohamed Salah's form with Fiorentina.

The Egypt attacker moved to Florence on-loan in January from Chelsea and has been outstanding since his arrival.

Fiorentina's deal with Chelsea does not include any set figure for a permanent signing, though Salah has made it clear he does not want to return to London.

Wolfsburg, says Sky Italia, made an attempt for Salah in January as part of their swoop for Andre Schurrle and intend to try again at the end of this season.

Along with Schurrle, Wolfsburg signed Kevin de Bruyne from Chelsea last summer.
