VfL Wolfsburg midfielder Ignacio Camacho is aware of interest from Watford.
The Spaniard has been linked with a summer move to the Hornets, where manager Javi Gracia worked with Camacho at Malaga.
However, the midfielder told Kicker: "No, I just read that. I had a good time with Javi Gracia in Malaga, but I chose VfL only in the summer and I'm grateful for what the club has given me so far."
Camacho joined VfL last summer from Malaga, but his season has been plagued by an ankle injury.
He added: "Hard to say, but I want to be back as soon as possible. The game against Hoffenheim is certainly too early."
