Jack Wilshere is on track for a playing return at West Ham.
The midfielder has spent the majority of the season on the sidelines with a groin injury and is yet to feature for new manager David Moyes, who took charge in December.
The Daily Mail says Wilshere joined in with a group session on Tuesday as the Hammers began controlled work as part of phase one Covid-19 training.
The midfielder has had a tough time recently after being unable to attend his grandfather's funeral due to lockdown restrictions.
The former Arsenal player signed a three-year deal with West Ham in 2018 but injuries have limited him to just 16 first-team appearances.
