Willian admits he and Chelsea at contract deadlock

Chelsea star Willian admits new contract talks are stalling.

The Blues have offered the 31-year-old a two year extension to his current contract, but Willian is said to be holding out for three more years.

Speaking to Esporte Interativo after his side's 3-0 defeat to Bayern Munich in the Champions League, Willian seemed to suggest his time at Stamford Bridge could be drawing to an end.

"Chelsea offered me two years, and they are not going to change what they offered," Willian said.

"I said I wanted three more years. The situation is difficult because of this, I really don't know if it will be possible.

"My goal is to continue working and focus on the remainder of the season, so that Chelsea can continue winning the games for the remainder of the season.

"I have a clear head and am focused for the rest of the season that we have left."
