William Saliba will have his future with Arsenal settled this week.

The defender arrived in the summer from Saint Etienne and is yet to make his first team debut for the Gunners.

A loan move is being mooted for Saliba, with a return to ASSE favoured by the player. At Arsenal, however, they'd prefer to place him at another English club.

L'Equipe says everything will be settled this week, with Saliba scheduled to meet with directors to finalise what to do over the January market.

A loan departure remains the most likely option, with his destination the outstanding issue.
