Wigan Athletic are joining the race for want-away Wolves midfielder Seyi Olofinjana.

Wigan boss Steve Bruce is a keen admirer of the tall midfielder and is on red alert after Wolves agreed to put the Nigerian on the transfer list. But Wolves will not listen to offers under £3m for the former Brann Bergen player who arrived from the Norwegian club for £1.75m four years ago.
