Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez is chasing Swansea City midfielder Leon Britton.

The Mirror says Martinez is ready to pounce for Britton - if Swansea decide to cash in.

Britton has rejected a new deal with Paulo Sousa's team and the Championship promotion-chasers may choose to sell rather than let his contract run out.

The former West Ham prospect has 18 months left on his deal but could be sold - with Martinez keen to take him on board if the price is right.
