Santos Laguna president Alejandro Irarragorri says Wigan Athletic remain in the frame for striker Cristian Benitez.
Irarragorri has denied claims PSV Eindhoven have made an offer for the Ecuador international and added: "There have been approaches from Wigan and many other teams, but so far there has not been anything formal."
