Wigan Athletic boss Uwe Rosler hopes to lift the spirits of Ivan Ramis.
Sky Sports says Rosler is looking for Ramis to put transfer frustration behind him and 'put a shift in' for Wigan Athletic.
Ramis was a target for Crystal Palace and Cardiff City on deadline day, and paid a visit to both Premier League clubs before seeing a switch to the Eagles collapse after failing a medical.
