Wigan, Bolton target Bodde goes AWOL from Swansea training

Ferrie Bodde will be fined two weeks wages after he failed to show up for training at Swansea City yesterday.

The Dutch midfielder, subject of a rejected £2.5 million bid from Bolton last week, missed the first day's training session. He is also wanted by ex-Swans boss Roberto Martinez at Wigan Athletic.

Swans manager Paulo Sousa said: "Ferrie's a great player, but he needs to be a better professional."
