Steven Whittaker is determined to make it at Norwich City.

The Scotland fullback endured an injury-plagued season last term with the Canaries.

"It was very frustrating. I'd obviously got injured at the start of pre-season and missed a big chunk of the first few months. Then when I got myself in the team I picked up another injury and just played a few little bits here and there towards the end of the season so I guess you could describe it as a little stop, start for me," he told Pink 'Un.

"I'm not one who has had too many injuries throughout my career in the past so hopefully we can put that down as a one off and progress with Norwich. Any footballer will tell you the worst thing is to be injured and not playing games - especially when you first come to a new club you want to get on with it and make a good impression."
