West Ham United will knock back any offers for Declan Rice.
There has been murmurs that Chelsea will look to sign Rice before the transfer window closes on October 5.
But the London Evening Standard says the Blues will be left disappointed by the pursuit.
West Ham boss David Moyes sees Rice as a vital player for his side this season and the club are sticking by their manager.
The Hammers have not signed a player this summer, with Moyes looking to bolster his own backline.
Slavia Prague fullback Vladimir Coufal is expected to sign with the east London club this week.
