West Ham United and Middlesbrough have reportedly agreed a fee for Stewart Downing.
According to Sky Sports, the Hammers and Championship club Boro have come to an agreement on a £5million fee for the 30-year-old winger.
The Middlesbrough native is set to undergo a medical on Thursday and could be a Boro player by the end of the week.
Downing commenced his career at Middlesbrough, coming through the club's youth academy, before debuting as a 17-year-old in 2002.
Since making over 230 appearances for the Teesside outfit, which also took in a loan spell with Sunderland, he has spent time with Aston Villa and Liverpool prior to joining West Ham in 2013.
