The competition has been launched with the Premier League club's esports partners Basset & Gold, where players will battle it out on EA Sports' FIFA 19 video game for the chance to win £10,000 in prize money.
With a total prize fund of £25,000, the tournament is open to public, and will feature an online qualifying stage followed by a 16-team grand finals at the London Stadium.
Commercial and digital director Karim Virani said: "West Ham United were the first Premier League team to move into esports a few years ago and it continues to be an important part of our strategy moving forward."
