West Ham United vice-chairman Karren Brady says that manager Manuel Pellegrini has chosen his transfer targets for the summer.
Pellegrini is committed to pushing the Hammers to the next level. He sees the club as being able to compete for a European spot next season if they can sign the right players.
And Brady says the board already has his choice of preferred targets ahead of the summer window.
"It's never ending; we spent over £100 million ($127m) last summer," she said to Sky Sports about the transfer window.
"The transfers are always dealt with between our chairman David Sullivan and the manager directly.
"My role is much more in relation to the commercial side of the club; the stadium and so on. I know they have already had meetings, I know they've got a plan and I know they've got targets."
