West Ham veteran Pablo Zabaleta is impressed by young teammate Grady Diangana.
The winger again impressed for victory over Burnley on Saturday.
Zabaleta stated: “He is looking very dangerous, especially in a one-on-one situation.
“He doesn't get scared. He always shows personality, to ask for the ball, to take people on.
“With the injury of Andriy Yarmolenko, the manager gave him a chance and he took it. He's showing he wants to keep his place in the starting XI.
“Like all the young players, we need to make sure we give him the confidence. If he loses the ball, no worries. Next time give him confidence because I know he's going to produce something.
“We need to look after young players because it's not about two or three games.
“I hope he can continue performing week in, week out and then become an important player for this club.
“We need to look after him because we need him now. He's one of the few players who can play wide and bring us a lot of things."
