West Ham United fullback Pablo Zabaleta can't see Pep Guardiola staying with Manchester City long-term.

While the former City fullback hopes the manager does stay, Zabaleta believes Guardiola's history suggests he will be on the move.

Zabaleta said, "He is not a coach who likes to stay more than 3-4 years on the same team.

"He is a very passionate person and needs new challenges. I don't know if he will remain in Manchester City for many years, it will certainly be difficult to replace a coach like him.

"The team plays very well. It is he who has to decide, but I hope he can stay with City."
