West Ham's in-form striker Diafra Sakho is struggling to be fit for Saturday's Premier League trip to Stoke. Sakho suffered a shoulder injury suffered in the weekend win over Manchester City but will be given until the last possible moment to prove his fitness for the Potters game.
"He is still in a bit of pain," said boss Sam Allardyce. "While there is no dislocation or fracture, it is all about the arm movement.
"The pain is obviously a lot less than when he did it but we don't know if it will be sufficiently recovered enough to take the risk.
"At the moment it is about 50/50 but there are still 48 hours to go, so we might even wait until Saturday morning."
