West Ham's initial offer of £5m for Cardiff winger Joe Ledley has been rejected by the Welsh club who are holding out for £8m. It is understood there has been contact between the clubs but that Cardiff have made it clear it will take a bigger offer to prise the 22 year old Wales international away, reports the Daily Mail.
