Championship Cardiff have agreed a fee with West Ham for the transfer of striker Nicky Maynard. The 25-year-old only joined the Hammers in January but has slipped down the pecking order at Upton Park.

Maynard could complete a switch back to the Championship if he can agree terms and pass a medical.
