Carlton Cole says West Ham United's players have been unsettled by talk of the entire squad being up for sale.
Cole has pledged his commitment to the Hammers this week following talk of a move to Liverpool.
Cole said: "Uncertainty does affect things. If things are not steady and you don't know what's coming or going, it does play on getting a result. Sullivan and Gold have said many times they are not selling the best players and that's what we want to hear."
