Cheikhou Kouyate has hailed West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic.

Bilic was appointed as manager of West Ham at the start of last season and the Croatian has managed to impress many with the job he has conducted with the London side so far.

Midfielder Kouyate is clearly a big admirer of Bilic and the 26-year-old has now gone on to lavish his manager with high praise.

Kouyate told Goal: "He helps me everyday and everyday I become better and better and in my experience the manager is unbelievable.

"Every time I have something to say he listens to me, he always helps me. In the game he will talk to me clearly and tell me 'this is good' or 'this is bad.'

"I like him a lot because he is close to every player."
