West Ham United have reportedly slapped a £41.6million price tag on Dimitri Payet.
French publication L'Equipe is of the belief that the Hammers would only sell the star playmaker if they received an offer of €50m or more this summer.
Spanish giants Real Madrid are showing significant interest in the France international but West Ham, and his agent, are supremely confident he will remain London.
Payet's representative, Jacques-Oliver Auguste told The Guardian: "He has a great contract with West Ham so I cannot see him leaving.
"Dimitri is happy in London. Of course you never know in football.
"But only West Ham know what price they want if they decide to sell him."
Whether or not West Ham are willing to sell remains to be seen but they will want a massive fee for the 29-year-old who was one of the stars of the Premier League last season following his modest £10.7m transfer from Marseille.
