West Ham United are readying a move for Sporting CP star Jovane Cabral.

The Hammers are revamping their squad under David Moyes with a focus on young players.

Now A Bola, per Sport Witness, are claiming the Hammers are going to put in a €25 million offer for Cabral.

The attacker has already been the subject of one rejected bid by the club.
