West Ham United are lining up a move for Liverpool defender Nat Phillips.
Despite signing a new contract in the summer, Phillips has made just two appearances for the Reds this season.
According to Football Insider, the Hammers are putting things in place to sign Phillips when the transfer window opens in January.
Phillips made a big impact on Jurgen Klopp's team last season after a spate of injuries left them with a dearth of centre-backs.
It is believed Liverpool would accept an offer of around £12m to sign the 24-year-old.
