West Ham United are preparing a contract offer for youngster Declan Rice.
The 19-year-old is currently on a deal that sees him earn £3,000-a-week, per The Sun.
He is seen as one of the top prospects in the Premier League. Rice starred in central midfield for the Hammers against Chelsea.
But he is out of contract in the summer and clubs are already circling. Offers are expected in January, as he can leave on a free by the summer.
West Ham are hoping that a new offer of £15,000-a-week will keep him at the club.
But it is unclear if he will commit his future, especially as top clubs could easily double that wage offer.
