West Ham United are being linked with a move for Youssef En-Nesyri from Sevilla.
The Hammers are ready to offer a total package of £32 million, having seen a previous bid rebuffed.
However, the Daily Star claims Sevilla may reject this offer as well, as they want more of the fee to include guaranteed payments.
En-Nesyri, under contract with Sevilla until 2025, has 13 goals in 26 games this term.
Sevilla are in fourth place in La Liga at the moment, and in the Champions League round of 16.
There are some at the club who want to keep the player to improve their chances of success this term, but the money men may want to cash in while his value is high.
