West Ham midfielder Pablo Fornals has explained his habit of fainting.
He has been thoroughly checked over and is considered fighting fit.
Fornals told The Sun: “The last time it happened was a couple of years ago. I felt kind of lazy. I had my hand raised to signal for a doctor but in between raising my hand and him coming I was out.
“It is simply a blood pressure thing. When it has dropped my head goes light. It has happened four times but it is very easy to control. It could affect you, me, anybody.
“All I have to do is take my blood pressure every morning and if it is a little bit low I just have some sugar and water.
“When it happened during a match I was sent straight to hospital and had many tests for my heart, my chest, everything. It was all OK.
“It is not bad for me and I am definitely fit to play. I ran more than any of my team-mates at Villareal.
