West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic has admitted that his side cannot compete financially with bigger clubs in the transfer market.
The east London club endured an underwhelming campaign this term and if the Hammers are to improve next season, they will most certainly have to strengthen the squad with the purchase of new players.
Bilic already seems to have started his recruitment process but has bemoaned the fact that the Hammers are not able to compete on a same financial footing as some of the other teams in the Premier League.
The Croatian said: "Yes. We have a list of players in the positions that are a priority for us.
"But I am talking to other managers after every game, and make no mistake, I know that the same names are on the lists of a minimum of 10 Premier League clubs – and I am not talking about the big guns.
"So who's going to get them? But I'm very positive about the new season."
