West Ham have been told they must smash their transfer record if they want to land Torino striker Andrea Belotti.

The Hammers are seeking a replacement for Marko Arnautovic, who is trying to push through a transfer to China.

Cuor Toro says the initial Irons approach for Belotti was made on Friday, but there is no firm figure on the table yet.

It could be anywhere from €40-50m, a sum that the Granata are ready to turn down.

However, if West Ham can go to €60m it could force Torino into rethink.
