West Ham United youngster Josh Payne saw action for the U18 team yesterday against Norwich City.
Payne has returned from his loan at Cheltenham Town and fully recovered from a knee injury to take part in the 1-1 draw.
Hammers academy chief Tony Carr also handed a first U18 game to Spanish defender Sergio Sanchez.
