West Ham are set to extend Alphonse Areola's loan from PSG.
The France goalkeeper has impressed management during his time with the Irons this season.
While there exists a €13m permanent option in the deal, the Athletic says West Ham are in advanced talks to extend Areola's loan into a second season.
PSG are happy with the arrangement and willing to suspend the sale of Areola another 12 months.
For their part, West Ham still see Areola eventually succeeding veteran No1 Lukasz Fabianski as their outright senior first-choice.
