West Ham are in advanced talks to sign Bayer Leverkusen striker Javier Hernandez.

Sky Sports says the Hammers are close to completing a deal for Chicharito.

Bayer Leverkusen striker Hernandez is reportedly nearing a return to the Premier League following his spell with Manchester United earlier in his career.

The 29-year-old scored 13 times in 36 appearances last term.

Bayer are seeking around £13m to sell the Mexico international.
