West Ham face a battle to tempt Olympiakos midfielder Kostas Fortounis to London.

West Ham's director of football Mario Husillos is negotiating the potential deal, says the Guardian.

He only has a year left on his contract, though, and is available for £15m.

But Husillos is yet to come up with a suitable offer in the eyes of Olympiakos.

And Fortounis' preference is apparently to extend his current deal anyway rather than head for the Premier League.
