West Ham defender Craig Dawson is three Premier League starts away from clinching a permanent move.
Dawson joined on loan from Watford in October, with the deal including a clause which will see his move automatically become a £2m full-time switch once he is included in David Moyes' starting side 15 times.
Dawson made his 12th league start in West Ham's 2-0 win over Leeds, also scoring his third league goal of the season in the victory.
The 30 year-old has been a league ever-present since making his Hammers debut against Southampton in December and been a key part in the success of Moyes' side, helping them keep six clean sheets.
