West Ham United could still land Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott today.
Lescott has been informed he can leave City - if they are successful in negotiations with Porto for defender Eliaquim Mangala.
A deal is in place for Lescott to join West Ham, with the England defender desperate for regular first-team football to safeguard his World Cup hopes.
