West Ham United will have to fend off Real Betis to secure the signature of Nikola Maksimovic.
The 29-year-old Serbian centre-back is a key target for the Hammers as boss David Moyes attempts to replace Fabian Balbuena.
According to the Daily Star, Maksimovic has an offer from Betis, while he may even renew with Napoli in Italy.
The source claims that West Ham also want to secure the signature of left-back Miguel Gutierrez from Real Madrid on a season long loan deal.
Another key position the Hammers will target this summer is centre-forward, where the likes of Eddie Nketiah and Tammy Abraham are possible target.
