West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce will have the final say on Scott Parker's future.

Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham are all chasing the midfielder.

Co-owner David Gold confirmed that Allardyce will be left to decide on the futures of star players such as Parker.

He told talkSPORT: "I spoke to Scott at a dinner recently but it's very difficult for us to get into a conversation with him because it's the manager's decision."
